Which free agent receiver would you pick up?

I have first pick on the waiver wire this week and I need a receiver. Should I take Justin Gage who had 7 catches for 78 yards and a touchdown against the steelers. Or should I pick up Devery Henderson who had 5 catches for 103 yards and a touchdown against the Lions. I think Gage is the number 1 guy on the Titans. But im not sure if Henderson is the number two or three guy on the Saints. I need to pick up one of these players and I want to pick up the best one. Please let me know your opinion...Thanks
