I try to read one hundred pages a day. I also enjoy audiobooks while driving, walking, gardening, or doing chores. That's a great way to get through books you feel you "should" be reading. Crossword puzzles are good. I also buy lectures on various subjects from Teach12.com, and subscribe to New Scientist so I can keep up with new discoveries. Another thing you might want to add to your day is meditation, which helps with memory and focus.
