What is the recipe for poppers?

I am looking for the poppers recipe, i dont want jalapeno poppers i just want the recipe for original poppers the ones filled with green peppers inside and around cheddar cheese i think they sell these in Sonic and Pink Flamingo.. Does anyone know the recipe? thank you.. :)
