Veterans Administration will not treat my problem?

You didn't mention how you contracted HIV, if it was due to receiving blood,or plasma, due to a service related incident, then the VA would have to treat you.If this is the situation, I suggest that you contact your Senator or Representative from your Congressional District. Maybe they can help. Good Luck
