My dog cant get comfortable after operation?

Did the vet give you pain medication for her? If not, give them a call and ask if they can prescribe you some. If they did, give them a call anyway and tell them what's going on. She should not be in that much pain if she's on a pain med. They may want to see her and make sure there isn't something gone wrong that's causing the pain, or they maybe could prescribe a stronger pain killer if they are sure everything is OK.
