Benefits of pranayama?

There are many methods, the one I know is you breathe in and mentally say hong, breathe out and mentally say saw, without controlling your breath in any way, just watching it, I do this when I lay down to sleep then after a while you might can blow out all your breath and enjoy compete relaxation giving your breath and your lungs and your heart time to rest. The benefits are after years of doing this, that you breathe less, sometimes like one breath for every 3 a normal person takes, expanding your lifetime, slowing down your aging, and giving you great strength when needed if you blow out all your breath and need to lift or move something heavy, drawing directly on the life force. It also gives you great peace. I don't know everything about it, but that it helps me a lot...I can talk for a long time without stopping to take a breath lol....it also helps to keep you young if you don't go with the mainstream consciousness that we have to count our years, that we have to get old and that we have to die...I have personally talked to someone who meditated deeply and pro did pranayama maybe even Kriya, who zoomed out of his body in front of me, was gone a while, and then I was saying there is something you want to tell me you arn't saying what is it...he just looked at me and said "I've been here 500 years", of that time, much of it was probably zoomed out of his body to wherever he went when he went into such deep meditation...I think he went to mars or jupiter lol
