? late period after a D&C and now discharge?

I'm on Day 41 now for my cycle had a D&C bled for 3 days but nothing since been ttc for years now this is 4th miscarriage before other cycle have started straight away again but normal 28-35 days cycle. for last day i've had strange twinges and a white discharge not offensive or anything but almost lumps, took a pregnancy test yesterday and was neg think i may of ovulated, ( had regular symptoms of ovulation about a week and half ago) anyone had this?
