Well versed in US Senate Rules................?

I NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP.....Our college simulation of the US Senate isnt going very well, a very cunning republican has extended the legislative day till the end of the semester, hence we cant bring any new bills and wont get a grade...he said there is a way to bring a new bill onto the floor...I was wondering if anyone out there can help me out?? PLZZZ!! thankx
