Creating a guest account cisco linksys?

If I creat a guest account for my cisco linksys e1000, do I have to worry about the guests who logon? for example, if they have spyware, viruses etc or weak a old wep wireless card? I know the manual says they can't get into my computer or files, but still nervous about setting it up. Thanks for any info!
