What is the best compliment I can give a woman?

There is this girl at evening cl - she is 24 and I am 31. I have never laughed so much as when I am with her. We text all the time and I want to ask her out. I would like to compliment her well before hand - what is a compliment that women like? She is funny, completely crazy, beautiful, y, her eyes are blue like melting ice, she is a bit hippy-ish, her laugh is soo cute, we love the same music and it just makes me feel better about life and the world just knowing that someone as amazing as her lives in it. I am going out tonight and she wants us to meet up in town. I am petrified that she will reject me, I am sure loads of guys are after her! Why wouldnt they be? She is gorgeous! I want to lead with a compliment that lets her know that I really like her. She keeps trying to set me up with her friends! Its HER I want!! Ladies your opinion would be great!
