I need help opening up a club called SOS (students oppose smoking)?

I need to plan events before I can really set up a meeting and what not. I know that I can invite people who have dealt with the struggles of smoking and have them talk about their experiences and stuff but WHERE do I find these people? how do I get a hold of them? not only that but WHAT other events can I plan? and please be specific, I want to know where, how, and all that jazz. I really need help, I HAVE to open this club, it will be a real breakthrough for my school since so many kids in my school smoke
