I just joined the navy but my recriuter told me not to tell about a petty thieft that happen when i was 13?

i am now 18. when i get caught i was thirteen and when the police came i was never took inn to jail they just made me sign a paper Saying i would neva go back to te store. i never had to go to court or anything. now when i joined the navy i got an operation specialist job and i need security clearence. will this show up and how will it effect me
