How do I stop two guys from bullying me?

Every day when i walk home from the bus stop these two guys (from my bus) follow me home and bully me constantly I dont know how to get them to stop I've tried to ignore them but I cant. It drives me insane, and I am afraid I will snap one day and hurt them. When I get home, and the anger goes away, I feel like crying and hurting myself. I cant relax, and I might start smoking to find that relaxation point. But until then I dont know what to do, I dont know how to stop these guys.
