I'm over 5"5, almost 5"6, and I weight 132 pounds. I would like a flat, hard stomach and really toned legs. I try to eat healthy but I find myself snacking a lot. I try to cutback as much as I can, but sometimes just give in. Can someone tell me an easy diet/exercise regimen that I can follow every day even with a busy high schooler schedule? My ideal body is 120 pounds with a four-pack and nice legs. Hopefully this can happen in less than 3 months? Any help is greatly appreciated.
